Kenyan Fashionista and Style enthusiast Sheillah Shelcy speaks on fashion goals.

The self determined and outspoken style and fashion enthusiast, Ms Sheillah has a great deal of belief in the creative potential of the Kenyan fashion industry. Sheillah Shelcy, who is inspired by global fashion icons such as Rihanna, Lizzo, Tyra among others asserts that there is a fashion revolution happening in Kenya. "People are more aware of the environmental impact of fashion from the basic level of textile production to the impact of cloth and other accessiries design and production too" Shelcy asserts.

Sheillah is keen on inspiring creativity in fashion and believe events such as Nairobi fashion week and the Nairobi festival should be embraced and supported more as they offer platform for young and uprising talent in fashion and design.
