Have you ever sat and
wondered how people become successful. I mean all they tell you is be
consistent, persistent, patient, and ambitious and be smart! And you just
thought wow that is super easy, then you followed the advice for a week and got
tired. You got tired within a week! Then you start wondering how these geniuses
make billions without getting tired. They maintain a well scheduled routine of
activities and the consistence is just perfect which leaves you thinking we are
made from totally different worlds.
However, digging deep
into most of successful individuals I have come up with two theories which
basically can be labelled “the truth”. First theory is that most successful
people are born rich and end up carrying the genius ways of making money with
them or they end up inheriting millions or property worth millions from their
parents and continue with their family legacies. Second theory is that some
people are inspired by their life experiences, this means that they have
learned to see the positive side of life through their tough and negative
situations in life.
Using real life
examples, we have Kylie Jenner who is born from a well off family, Kylie is the
last born in her family and she’s among the top listed name in the Forbes
magazine! How crazy is that? At such a young age majority of us are struggling
to finish campus of which we are not guaranteed to get a job after graduating.
Kylie Jenner is really smart in this case she used her resources to start her
own make up collection which turned a huge success. She basically had a good
capital to start her off to opening her own cosmetic company. Sometimes all we
really need is a small financial support to gear us up. Another example
Millicent omanga a senator in Nairobi who is really good at her work. Millicent
is the first born in the family of eight, her father passed on and her mom was
left to cater for all of them which was straining. Millicent had to find a way
to help and support her mom and her siblings, therefore she had to hustle and
she started as an interior designer. Today Millicent is a very well-known
politician and much respected woman in the society.
What I can really say
is that success starts from within, be self-motivated and stay motivated in all
situations, be grateful for every small success because they really count. Be
consistent for positive results.
